No worries...all the technical stuff always takes me longer than I hope. I meant to leave a comment on your Irish soda bread post. I also read that NY Times story and was a little annoyed that she had to have either a cake-like loaf or a dry mediocre one. I'm glad you made more sensible modifications! I've been doing a simple whole wheat soda bread for years and I love it!
