Patience and changes

Bakingsheet is now Baking Bites!!!
Head on over to check out the new site!

I just wanted to thank everyone for being so patient lately. I'm making a couple of changes to the site and it is taking me a little longer than anticipates. I have a couple of recipes waiting to go, but am trying to hold off on them for a few more days.
Bear with me, guys. I'll be back at 110% soon!

Hi Nic - I've been wondering what happened to you! Good luck with the site changes!

I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Some of the best cooking I've ever done came from your recipes. My wife and I recently put up our own recipe site and we are giving away a $300 gift card to anywhere the winner wants. You should sign up and submit some of your best recipes, I think you could win it. The site is www.myrecipes101.com

110 percent? Wow, you are a giver! I'm sure the changes will be totally worth the wait we (your readers) endure. No pressures now...

Can't wait. I've been making your pita bread for days now.

Adding my choice to the choir, please know you (and your recipes!) are missed.

In anticipation of the "new" BakingSheet,

You guys are so sweet.
It won't be much longer. Just hang in there for a bit longer!

That's okay, I am eagerly awaiting your next post though!

No worries...all the technical stuff always takes me longer than I hope. I meant to leave a comment on your Irish soda bread post. I also read that NY Times story and was a little annoyed that she had to have either a cake-like loaf or a dry mediocre one. I'm glad you made more sensible modifications! I've been doing a simple whole wheat soda bread for years and I love it!
